The Vegas Vegan is trekking around town in search of great Vegan cuisine right here in Las Vegas (home of the $4.99 Prime Rib buffet).

Every where you look there are billboards portraying giant slabs of meat as if they were supermodels. What's a Vegan to do?

There are alternatives, and I'm intent on finding them in the most unlikely places. Dining out in (mainstream) Las Vegas isn't scary for this Vegan!!
