It's Halloween time! And in honor of the most candy-rific holiday of the year, I am deviating from the usual Vegas Vegan format. Instead of a review, I am posting a list of vegan candy. Because, let's face it, vegan parents like to raid their kids' Halloween stash just as much as the next guy. And if you're raising vegan kids, this list should help your shopping list.
This list comes to us thanks to Elaine Vigneault from Vegas Veg. She was also kind enough to provide us with this new website: No Trick Treats You can register your home as a place giving out vegan candy or find vegan distributors in your neck of the woods!

This coming Halloween season would be great. Vegan delights look really delicious. Vegas truly almost has everything.
Hi there! I just wanted to put this bit of info out there: Hubba Bubba bubble gum is owned by Wrigley which is a subsidiary of Mars candies - infamous for testing on animals. As a vegan, I would greatly appreciate if you removed Hubba Bubba from your list of vegan candies because the money spent purchasing this candy will be used to fund animal testing and that is most certainly NOT vegan. Other than that, I must say you write a great blog!
Thanks for the information! That list was copied & pasted from another source, but I will remove it as per your advice.
Thanks again! Anything information that keeps this blog honest is more than welcome!!!
